Support Proofline

Support helps keep the maintainer-led open-source project moving. Donations do not change Proofline's experimental status.

Donations

Donations are optional and help with the unglamorous work: maintainer time, development, documentation, testing, security-conscious review, hosting, monitoring, backups, maintenance, and release work. The boring parts are, unfortunately, load-bearing.

Please do not donate money you need for food, housing, medication, transport, or other essentials. Support is welcome, but Proofline should not be funded by making someone else unsafe.

Donations are separate from any future official hosted-server cost-recovery billing, subscriptions, or payment-gated account access. Future billing, if it exists, should recover hosting and maintenance costs, not turn Proofline into a profit-maximizing SaaS creature wearing a public-good hat.

Card donations are planned but not available yet. Cryptocurrency donations are available for now because they can be published without creating accounts, perks, priority support, or payment-gated access. This is a practical donation path, not a speculative coin cave.

Do not report security vulnerabilities through public GitHub issues. Use the matching repository security policy and keep secrets, tokens, keys, request bodies, uploaded bytes, private deployment details, and user safety data out of public reports.

Support boundaries

Donations and contributions do not create accounts, unlock features, provide support priority, or provide emergency assistance. Proofline is experimental, not an emergency service, and not a guaranteed real-time response system. Money should not be allowed to quietly purchase safety promises the project cannot keep.
